I received a ‘cold call’ from HSE, I was a bit cautious, but it turned out to be genuine. They are calling contractors to check on their Covid-19 procedures, I was advised that the call would take no more than 20mins, and they would advise us on any improvements that we can make.

Well, what can I say, ever since Cat and her team have been involved with Metroline’s HR process they have taken the pressure off myself and the team completely. Dealing with all the HR process from recruitment, appraisals, disciplinaries and the like. We have now also asked Cat to deal with all our health and safety processes, including writing our risk assessments and method statement.
